Now that its the school hols, its rather interesting to see those sec sch kids hanging out in the gym.
Some kiddo trying to gekseh in front of the gals. lifting weights that is way too heavy, struggling to do just 2-3reps. And the discussion about that chiobu over there? Thats WAY too loud. If I can hear it, I am pretty sure she can.
Eh punky ah punky, grow up first lar. You guys look like a bunch of monkey with a overly high sex drive in the gym. This is not the frigging zoo for goodness!
Tah por nvm, zha bor oso cui! Who rides on lvl1 anyway?! you expend more energy when you walk to the watercooler lar! "hah, so easy" Theres a button with an 'up' arrow sign, indicating an increase of resistance, bimbo. And bitch about guys for all you want, but do not HOG the frigging machine! Stop sitting at the workout bench and gossiping, thats a big turnoff.
Despite the above though, its been a rather successful gym session. spun 3 sets of 20 mins on high/high/moderate resistance with high cadence all the way. The indicators showed 30km, rather loserish actually. With that effort, it definitely felt alot further. No choice though, I HAVEN WENT DOWN TO SETTLE MY BIKE!!! &$*#@*!
Thereafter, walked over to safra for a swim.
This is what I learnt:
1) The Polar watch is indeed waterproof. good good
2) The thighs felt funny in the water after all that hard riding
3) Despite the fatique, the stroke length did not change.
4) Significantly lower power output though, meaning cant stroke as fast
5) Despite that, I clocked 38mins for 1.5k.
38mins!! hehehe SONGBOH!! Considering the first time I self-taught the stroke was on 29 Oct, drinking 1/2 pool of water along the way, thats pretty neat eh?!!
I am frigging high the whole of today;)))
