I just got bored from the books, so here I am, trying to sort out my thoughts a little.
Pardon for the incoherence of the entry below. I am just gonna regurgitate whatever is in my head right now.

With the holidays and study period etc at home,
it gives you the time to turn on the computer, sit in front of it and monitor your counters all day.

I am not turning gay, but the hair conditioner and face moisturiser/sunblock yada yada, is in my opinion, becoming rather essential, now that I spend large amounts of time in the sun. having said that though, its still a pain in the arse needing to apply this goo and that crap.
I feel like shaving my head, again, just for the fun of it. It might not be a good idea though, hot sun= painful sia. But hey, no hair = less drag in the pool. And dont need to bring shampoo! cool.....
Study:
3 more days before my first and last paper.. fark.. so many others already finished 7,8 days ago.
Other than that, I still have the CFA next Sunday, which is another pain in the arse. Now that I dont really feel like working in asset management, it just seem the 1500 reg fee is going down the drain, hahaha.
Oh Phantom Of The Opera is good music for mugging, as is with the OST for mama mia. The yee yee orh orh stuff comes a close second. Techno is good when you really need to concentrate. The louder and repetitive it gets, the easier you can boh hiu external stuff and concentrate better, hahaha.
Post study:
1 plus week, and i'll be swimming in the morning, nap, squash or bike or some lanjiao daiji in the afternoon, nap, and biking/running at night, followed by supper/soccer/movie/whatever. 7 days a week, with some lobo time every now and then, woohoo!! SHIOK, I cant blardi wait!!!
I feel like playing some computer games, these include call of duty 4, dota, red alert 3. Dota especially, just mindlessly killing each other at lanshops.
The quad stacker has been on my mind, nihon mura buffet too. And weisheng's buffet lobang. 1x good meal after 1x good workout = 1x goodday:)))
Malaysia,truly asia bike trip!! With the bikey and my buddies and me. Spinning all day long, woohoo!
Mr kia's guailan chalet + 1x high class BBQ. Makan includes cheese, german sausages, steaks, chops, all the atas kinda stuff, woooooooooh
Many many lanjiao daiji, that includes going back to the Tanjong Rhu Dunman to play ball and sleep on the high jump mattresses if its still available. Buying a duck and turning up someone's place unannounced for dinner. Camping at some uber guailan place.
FISHING!! or prawning. I felt sorry in the past that its rather painful for those sea creatures to just die liddat. But now, I think its rather cool, haha I am sadistic. Not to mention, HUNGRY for seafood.
Seafood.. that means Malaysia again. Either the Taman Sentosa one, or the Desaru, or both. Most likely both.

school holiday workout
Now that its the school hols, its rather interesting to see those sec sch kids hanging out in the gym.
Some kiddo trying to gekseh in front of the gals. lifting weights that is way too heavy, struggling to do just 2-3reps. And the discussion about that chiobu over there? Thats WAY too loud. If I can hear it, I am pretty sure she can.
Eh punky ah punky, grow up first lar. You guys look like a bunch of monkey with a overly high sex drive in the gym. This is not the frigging zoo for goodness!
Tah por nvm, zha bor oso cui! Who rides on lvl1 anyway?! you expend more energy when you walk to the watercooler lar! "hah, so easy" Theres a button with an 'up' arrow sign, indicating an increase of resistance, bimbo. And bitch about guys for all you want, but do not HOG the frigging machine! Stop sitting at the workout bench and gossiping, thats a big turnoff.
Despite the above though, its been a rather successful gym session. spun 3 sets of 20 mins on high/high/moderate resistance with high cadence all the way. The indicators showed 30km, rather loserish actually. With that effort, it definitely felt alot further. No choice though, I HAVEN WENT DOWN TO SETTLE MY BIKE!!! &$*#@*!
Thereafter, walked over to safra for a swim.
This is what I learnt:
1) The Polar watch is indeed waterproof. good good
2) The thighs felt funny in the water after all that hard riding
3) Despite the fatique, the stroke length did not change.
4) Significantly lower power output though, meaning cant stroke as fast
5) Despite that, I clocked 38mins for 1.5k.
38mins!! hehehe SONGBOH!! Considering the first time I self-taught the stroke was on 29 Oct, drinking 1/2 pool of water along the way, thats pretty neat eh?!!
I am frigging high the whole of today;)))

seriously though, hope to be able to make it for all.
Meanwhile, the weather's getting a little whiny. It is starting to be difficult in clocking the mileages and sticking to the plan when the skies start pouring with increasing frequency!
But hey, nobody said you cant train when its raining, so

training
Ah.. its been a while!
Nothing really interesting to assuage the gossipmongers though, too bad.
Life's been pretty monotonous from a general perspective. My schedule's revolving around eating sleeping slacking swimming biking running and of course, mugging &%$*@#.
On the training front though, its anything but boring.
I have finally put the freestyle together in the pool! PROUDLY SELF-taught!! (Modesty is not my strength) At the last count, 32 laps of friggin freestyle, BILATERAL BREATHING!! Wanted to hit the big 4-0, but it was getting late and I had an appointment. While that might not be a biggie for some of you goons, its a friggin big deal considering that was only the 2nd time freestyle became a significant part of my swim AFI:)))
The 1st was a 2.5 hour session in the NTU pool, numerous 'breathtaking' moments, (they do take your breath away, literally) 12 painful disjointed laps, and a stomach full of the disgusting internationally flavoured water
To the people who termed freestyle as "very difficult.. swim liao darn shagged.. I cant swim.. will sink.." come come, get in line, and kiss my arse, MUAHAHAHAHA
Simply speaking, all you need is just pride (if that ah lao can do it, no reason I cant) and an ability to stomach a lot of pool water.
Now to hit the Big 21 on the run front..
